Bishop Fixture is an American manufacturer of custom store fixtures, displays, millwork and environments. The business was founded by Hub and Morgan Nelson in 1977 out of their small garage in St. Paul, MN. Since then, Bishop Fixture has been built on expertise, hardwork, loyalty and American talent and passion. Morgan and Hub Nelson were raised by Hubert Nelson, a Minnesota born and raised hall of fame hockey player and carpenter, and believed strongly in the pursuit of the American Dream.
There is a strong lineage of American manufacturing in the midwest and it's more important than ever to support our American craftsmen and women. Utilizing American made products and labor supports our skilled labor force and lowers the carbon footprint of projects versus shipping containers in from overseas. Bishop Fixture is a woman-owned business, certified with the SBA and WBENC. After 11 years of serving in a leadership position at Bishop Fixture, Karen Nelson, purchased the business in 2020. Karen serves as the CEO of Bishop Fixture.
