The Modern Retail Collective

In 2019, McKinsey & Company launched a concept store of the future at Mall of America. The store is designed for retailers to test the latest omnichannel technologies and transform the customer experience. Brands on display include such names as Kendra Scott, Third Love, and Eleve. Bishop Fixture provided the retail floor fixtures and displays throughout the store; displaying product and housing the digital technology to create a seamless omnichannel experience.

Omnichannel is a cross-channel content strategy that organizations use to improve their user experience and drive better relationships with their audience across points of contact. Rather than working in parallel, communication channels and their supporting resources are designed and orchestrated to cooperate
